Delivery & Shipping Information

We aim to deliver your order quickly and securely through Royal Mail. Our current shipping options are: 

FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £30
Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 working days) - £4.40
Royal Mail 2nd Class (1-3 working days) - £3.50
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next working day order before 4.30pm) - £4.45
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (1-2 working days) - £3.55

Please note that these delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within one to two working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If you choose Royal Mail Tracked 24, a tracking number will also be provided so you can monitor your parcel’s progress. P

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. If you are interested in international delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss available options.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow up to ten working days for Royal Mail 2nd Class and up to five working days for Royal Mail 1st Class before getting in touch. For Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders, please check your tracking information first. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
