Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver your order quickly and securely through Evri. Our current shipping options for the UK are:
FREE NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £30
EVRi 24 - (Order before 4.30pm) - £3.95
EVRi 48 - (Order before 4.30pm) - £2.95
EVRi Saturday Delivery - (Order before 4.30pm Fri) - £4.95
All orders are processed for same day despatch before 4.30pm after payment is received, or 1 business day after that. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once despatched, Evri 24 orders take 1-2 business days and Evri 48 take 2-3 business days.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates provided by Evri and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within one to two working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow up to ten working days for Evri 48 and up to five working days for Evri 24 before getting in touch. For all orders, please check your tracking information first. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
