Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any lash products once they have been opened or used. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@prettylashes.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
We want you to absolutely love your lashes! However, due to the intimate and hygienic nature of lash products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used. This ensures every customer receives lashes that are 100% new, clean, and safe to use.
