1. OUR TERMS
1.1 What these terms cover
These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you.
1.2 Why you should read them
Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order. They explain who we are, how we’ll provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there’s a problem, and other important information.
1.3 Are you a business or a consumer?
You are a consumer if:

You’re purchasing products for personal use (not for business, trade, craft, or profession).
Provisions specific to consumers are in black and those specific to businesses are in red.
1.4 Entire agreement for business customers
If you are a business customer, these terms constitute the entire agreement between us. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement or representation not expressly set out in these terms.

2.1 Who we are
Pretty Lashes is a trading name of Pretty Lashes Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at 23 Sinclair Way, Prescot, Liverpool, L34 1QL.

We will contact you via the email or postal address you provide when placing your order.

When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes email.
3. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
3.1 How we accept your order
Your order is accepted when we email you a confirmation, at which point a contract is formed between you and Pretty Lashes.
3.2 If we cannot accept your order
If we’re unable to accept your order, we’ll notify you and you won’t be charged. Reasons may include out-of-stock products, pricing errors, or delivery constraints.
3.3 Order number
An order number will be assigned and shared with you. Please include it in all communications regarding your order.
4. OUR PRODUCTS
4.1 Product images and colours
Images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly from those shown.
4.2 Packaging
Product packaging may differ from the images shown on our website.
5. YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
If you wish to make a change to your order, please contact us. We’ll inform you if the change is possible and any impact on price, delivery, or timing.
6. OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
6.1 Minor changes
We may make small changes to products to reflect regulatory updates or to improve design and performance.
7. PROVIDING THE PRODUCTS
7.1 Delivery costs
Delivery costs are shown on our website during checkout.
7.2 Delivery timing
We’ll provide an estimated delivery date, typically within 30 days of order acceptance.
7.3 Delays outside our control
If delivery is delayed due to events beyond our control, we’ll contact you and take steps to minimise the delay. You may cancel for a full refund if the delay is substantial.
7.4 Responsibility and ownership
Products become your responsibility once delivered to your address and become your property after full payment and delivery.
7.5 Address errors
We cannot accept liability for delivery failures caused by address errors or typos. Please check your address carefully before completing checkout.
7.6 Reporting non-delivery
If tracking shows your order as delivered, you have 5 days to report non-delivery. Reports after this time will not be accepted. If an investigation confirms delivery, replacements, not refunds will be issued.
8. YOUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT
8.1 When you can end your contract
Your rights depend on the product type and reason for ending the contract (faulty, change of mind, etc.).
8.3 Change of mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you are a consumer, you may change your mind within 14 days of receiving the product. You must return the goods at your own cost unless they are faulty.
8.4 Pretty Lashes goodwill guarantee
Pretty Lashes offers a goodwill guarantee that extends beyond your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
8.5 Exceptions to your right to cancel
You cannot cancel for:

Products unsealed after delivery for health/hygiene reasons.

Products inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
8.6 Late deliveries
If your delivery has not arrived within 30 days, you are legally entitled to cancel and receive a refund.
8.7 Missing deliveries
Pretty Lashes will replace all orders not delivered within 15 working days. If you prefer not to accept replacements, cancellation requests can only be approved after 30 days.
9. HOW TO END THE CONTRACT
9.1 Tell us you want to end the contract
Email sale@prettylashes.com with your name, address, order details, and contact information.
9.2 Returning products
If you cancel after dispatch, return the products to the address provided. Items must be sent within 14 days of cancellation notice.
9.3 Return costs
We cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items only. All other returns are at your expense.
9.4 Refunds
Refunds are processed via your original payment method. Delivery costs may be partially deducted as described below.
9.5 Refund deductions
We may reduce your refund if items are handled beyond what is reasonable in a retail setting.
The maximum delivery refund equals the least expensive delivery option available.
9.6 Refund timing
Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving your return.
10. OUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT
We may end the contract if you fail to pay, provide necessary information, or accept delivery. We may also withdraw products at any time, with notice and refund for unfulfilled orders.
11. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH A PRODUCT

12. YOUR RIGHTS IN RESPECT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS (CONSUMERS)
We must supply products in line with UK consumer law.
Faulty products may be refunded or replaced upon inspection.
Contact sale@prettylashes.com for a prepaid return label.
13. YOUR RIGHTS IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS
Business purchases are not covered by consumer warranties.
14. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. We accept Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, MasterCard, PayPal, Visa, and Shopify Payments.
Payment must be made before dispatch.
Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
15. OUR LIABILITY TO CONSUMERS
We’re responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our negligence but not for losses beyond reasonable contemplation.
Nothing limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
16. OUR LIABILITY TO BUSINESSES
We’re not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit.
Total liability is capped at the greater of £2,000 or 40% of the order value.
17. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

18. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

We may transfer this agreement to another organisation.

You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.

If any clause is found unlawful, the rest remain valid.

English law governs this contract, and disputes may be brought in English courts (or Scottish/Northern Irish courts if applicable).
19. SHIPPING INSURANCE
If you select shipping insurance at checkout, your order will be replaced free of charge if lost, stolen, or damaged.
Orders without insurance may be delayed while investigations are completed.
