Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your order quickly and securely through Royal Mail. Our current shipping options are: 

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL UK ORDERS 

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Order before 4.30pm 2-3 working days) - FREE
Guaranteed Next Day with Royal Mail - £2.50

All orders are processed for same day despatch before 4.30pm after payment is received, or 1 business day after that. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once despatched, Royal Mail 48 orders take 2-3 business days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within one to two working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. If you are interested in international delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss available options.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow up to ten working days for Royal Mail 48 before getting in touch. For all orders, please check your tracking information first. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
